YETI coolers have multiple uses!
As a professional fisherman, I am blessed to spend a lot of time on the water. On the reverse side of that equation, I spend a lot of time on the water which prevents me from spending more time with family and doing some of the other activities I enjoy. While my boat was in the shop for maintenance this week, I took the opportunity to crank up my woodworking tools and focus on a new dresser for my wife, Jan.
Well, not only was I enjoying making sawdust but I was also blessed to babysit my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter, Kinley, for a few hours one day. Kinley was not content to just watch Papa Barry, no she had to help. Faced with the issue of her being too small for my work tables, I scratched my head wondering what I could use for a booster. Looking around, I saw my YETI cooler which is normally strapped to the floor of my bass boat. I grabbed it and it was the perfect height for Kinley to stand on and vacuum dust from the dado grooves in the drawer sides.
I doubt YETI every considered their coolers as the ideal woodworking platform for a 2 1/2 year old, but it could not have worked any better. YETI, you might consider expanding your marketing! Barry
